We are excited to announce two major updates to the Entrifi platform designed to enhance physical security and dramatically accelerate front desk check-in times: Custom Badge Printing and QR Code Express Check-Ins.
First, Entrifi now supports automatic badge printing. As soon as a visitor completes their check-in - including photo capture and NDA signature - a professional visitor badge is automatically sent to a local network thermal printer. You can customize the badge layout to include the visitor's photo, name, company, host, check-in timestamp, and a custom QR code. This gives security teams instant visual verification of authorized guests on your premises.
Second, our new QR Code Express Check-In feature simplifies the process for expected guests. When a staff member pre-registers a visitor through the Entrifi dashboard, the visitor receives an email invitation containing a unique QR code. Upon arrival, the visitor simply holds the QR code in front of the kiosk camera. The system instantly checks them in, alerts the host, and prints the visitor badge in less than three seconds.
These features are now available to Pro and Enterprise tier subscribers. Update your Kiosk configurations in the Admin Dashboard today to enable these speed and security improvements.
